Thang holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Master degree in Electronics Technology.He joined Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) in 2000. He was one of the first engineers working for the critical system for “.vn” ccTLD, and plays a key role in building the national DNS system for .VN domain.He is in charge of Technology, Research and Development, national .VN DNS system, Vietnam National Internet Exchange point (VNIX). He is also the person who designed and setup IPv6 Network. He has been actively devoted himself on promotion and deployment of IPv6 in Vietnam. Thang is a member Board of the Vietnam National IPv6 Task Force
